Eritrean community members in Toronto reiterate readiness to enhance role in State affairs

The Eritrean community members in the Canadian city of Toronto have reiterated readiness to enhance role in State affairs. They made the pledge last Sunday at a seminar, during which Ms. Sofia Tesfamariam gave briefings focusing on the background of the Eritrean people’s staunch resistance against hostile quarters and the objective situation vis-à-vis participation of nationals.

Asmara, 14 May 2014 – The Eritrean community members in the Canadian city of Toronto have reiterated readiness to enhance role in State affairs. They made the pledge last Sunday at a seminar, during which Ms. Sofia Tesfamariam gave briefings focusing on the background of the Eritrean people’s staunch resistance against hostile quarters and the objective situation vis-à-vis participation of nationals.

She went on to indicate that the Eritrean people inside the country and abroad are in a position to emerge victorious against all odds thanks to their virtue of unity and harmony. These virtues still remain being the secret behind the nation’s development pace, Ms. Sofia added.

Mr. Ahmed Eman, Head of Consular Affairs in Canada, on his part gave briefings as regards the services the Office renders.
