Messages of congratulations in connection with 23rd Independence Day anniversary continue
Presidents Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and Pranab Mukherjee of India, as well as Palestinian leader Mahmud Abbas have sent messages of congratulations in connection with the 23rd Independence Day anniversary.
Asmara, 22 May 2014 – Presidents Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and Pranab Mukherjee of India, as well as Palestinian leader Mahmud Abbas have sent messages of congratulations in connection with the 23rd Independence Day anniversary.
In their official messages, the leaders wished President Isaias Afwerki good health and peace as well as prosperity to the Eritrean people.
Moreover, the President of PRC expressed appreciation for the all-round development accomplishments Eritrea registered in the course of the post-independence years under the leadership of President Isaias. He further voiced conviction that Eritrea would attain higher development in the years ahead.
