Administrator of Southern Red Sea region commends the effort being conducted to finalize potable water supply project in Wade

The project to construct six potable water supply centers in Wadi, South Dankalia sub-zone, working with solar energy is being finalized.

Assab, 8 June 2014- The project to construct six potable water supply centers in Wadi, South Dankalia sub-zone, working with solar energy is being finalized.

During a visit Mr. Gergis Girmai, Administrator of the Southern Red Sea region, conducted to the area he received briefing by experts on the progress of the project, and that the project is expected to alleviate the water shortage of the inhabitants in the area.

The Administrator on his part expressed appreciation for the efforts being conducted to finalize the project on time, and called on the inhabitants to judiciously use the water supply.

Wadi is located 130 Km north of the port city of Assab.
