NC EW conducts workshop

The National Confederation of Eritrean Workers (NCEW) yesterday conducted workshop in collaboration with the European Union at the hall Asmara Chamber of Commerce with a view to providing favorable work condition and security as well as wellbeing at the work place.

 

Asmara, 11 June 2014 – The National Confederation of Eritrean Workers (NCEW) yesterday conducted workshop in collaboration with the European Union at the hall Asmara Chamber of Commerce with a view to providing favorable work condition and security as well as wellbeing at the work place.

The event witnessed participation of workers representing various institutions, employers and members of the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Tekeste Baire, Secretary General of the NCEW, said that the workshop would play significant role in strengthening tripartite relations in the domain of labor.

Likewise, Mr. Tekle Yigzaw, Head of research and training at the NCEW, stated that the work shop would make due contribution in promoting favorable working atmosphere.

Reports indicated that a number of experts presented lectures in the course of the event regarding labor issues.
