Inhabitants of Ashera, Glas, Enchinaq Administrative areas elect local Administrators and managing directors as well as village administration committee

The inhabitants of Ashera, Gilas, Enchinaq Administrative areas of Hagaz sub-zone have elected local Administrators and managing directors as well as village administration committee.

Hagaz, 13 June 2014 – The inhabitants of Ashera, Gilas, Enchinaq Administrative areas of Hagaz sub-zone have elected local Administrators and managing directors as well as village administration committee.

Speaking on the election ceremony, Ms. Meka Omer, head of the PFDJ branch office, and Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim, head of social service in the sub-zone, noted the role of active community participation vis-à-vis realizing the cherished development goals. They also called on the newly elected nationals to sustain input in this regard.

Among the new elected nationals, Mr. Zemichael S’adin and Mr. Asenai Petros, Administrator and Managing director of Glas Administrative area respectively, said that the previously elected administrators have served with commitment and lived up to the expectation of the people. They also asserted readiness to serve their communities with greater commitment, and called on the inhabitants to extend them a helping hand in the administrative pursuit.

The community members on their part voiced readiness to collaborate with the newly elected individuals in the administration process.

In closing remarks, Ms. Amna Haj, Administrator of the sub-zone, called on the new administrators and managing directors to serve the people with higher sprit of dedication and commitment, and asserted the Administration’s readiness to collaborate with them.
