Support being extended to martyrs families in Molqi sub-zone

The branch head of the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare in Molqi sub-zone, Mr. Jambo Yemane, said that support is being extended to martyrs families in line with the commitment of honoring the trust of fallen heroes.

Molqi, 14 June 2014 – The branch head of the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare in Molqi sub-zone, Mr. Jambo Yemane, said that support is being extended to martyrs families in line with the commitment of honoring the trust of fallen heroes.

He indicated that over 19 million Nakfa has been extended to such families. Mr. Jambo also explained that 8 orphaned children have been rehabilitated with livestock, in addition to 21 needy students obtaining learning materials. Moreover, another 15 orphaned children are receiving 500 Nakfa each on monthly basis, he added.

The rehabilitated families stated that the support extended to them by the government and citizens has enabled them to lead improved lifestyle.

The branch of the Ministry went on to explain that communal campaigns would be conducted as part of the endeavors they have been exerting on annual basis to support families of martyrs.
