Popular campaigns conduct nationwide in connection with Martyrs Day

Reports indicated that popular campaigns were conducted nationwide in connection with Martyrs Day.

Adi-Keih, 21 June 2014 – Reports indicated that popular campaigns were conducted nationwide in connection with Martyrs Day.

Mr. Asefaw Turkai, head of social services in Adi-Keih sub-zone, stated that residents of the town, civil servants and EDF members carried out campaigns in the Patriots Cemetery there. He explained that the undertaking is conducted on an annual basis in connection with the momentous Day.

Likewise, members of the NUEW branch in Eden semi-urban center, Elabered sub-zone, conducted similar activities within the Patriots Cemetery.

They further expressed satisfaction for having participated in the undertaking and asserted readiness to enhance participation in State affairs.
