Youth Workers in Central region conduct campaign in connection with Martyrs Day

Youths workers in the Central region and residents of Barentu town have conducted campaigns in connection with Martyrs Day.

Asmara, 21 June 2014 –Youths workers in the Central region and residents of Barentu town have conducted campaigns in connection with Martyrs Day.

The youth who carried out campaigns in Serejeka area, expressed satisfaction with taking part in the undertaking, and further asserted readiness to sustain input in this regard.

Mr. Abraham Teklu from the Agriculture Ministry branch in the region indicated that conducting such activities attest to the commitment of citizens to honor the trust of fallen heroes. He further called on fellow youths to emulate such activity.

Likewise, residents of three Administrative areas in Barentu town, Gash-Barka region, civil servants as well as government and private workers conducted campaign activities within the compound of the Patriots Cemetery in the town.
