Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare rehabilitate 10 families patronizing orphaned children in Habero

The head of social welfare  in the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare in Anseba region, Mr. Tedros Fisehaye, indicated that the Ministry has rehabilitated a total of 10 families engaged in the patronization of 33 orphan children through livestock at a total expenditure of 300,000 Nakfa.

Habero, 30 June 2014 – The head of social welfare  in the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare in Anseba region, Mr. Tedros Fisehaye, indicated that the Ministry has rehabilitated a total of 10 families engaged in the patronization of 33 orphan children through livestock at a total expenditure of 300,000 Nakfa.

Members of the Rehabilitation Committee stated that the beneficiaries are from 8 Administrative areas of the sub-zone that have been rehabilitated at 10,000 Nakfa each. They also called on the beneficiaries to improve their livelihood taking the support as a steppingstone.

The beneficiary Families expressed satisfaction with the support being rendered to them and asserted readiness to strive to improve their livelihood.
