Thousands of nationals arriving to Bologna to take part in 40th Anniversary of the Festival event
Reporters from the Ministry of Information said that thousands of Eritrean citizens are flocking to the Italian city of Bologna to take part in the 40th anniversary of the historic Bologna Festival due to open tomorrow.
Asmara, 03 June 2014 – Reporters from the Ministry of Information said that thousands of Eritrean citizens are flocking to the Italian city of Bologna to take part in the 40th anniversary of the historic Bologna Festival due to open tomorrow.
They pointed out that Eritrean nationals from inside the country, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Canada, USA and the Middle East have arrived to the city so far.
Mr. Sirak Bahlbi, Member of the Coordinating Committee for the event, disclosed that the preparations have been finalized on the basis of active communal participation a week ago for the momentous event.
He further indicated that the 3-day event is expected to witness the staging of cultural performances, seminars focusing on various issues by a senior delegation of the Government and veteran cadres. Moreover, an exhibition, panel discussion and Camps, among others, would feature in the course of the Festival.
