Outstanding grade 11 students in Gash Barka receive “Tamfeda” award

Forty two outstanding grade 11 students in Gash Barka region received the “Tamfeda” award.

Barentu, 06 July 2014- Forty two outstanding grade 11 students in Gash Barka region received the “Tamfeda” award.

During the ceremony held in Barentu, Mr. Feshaie Haile, Administrator of the region, called on the award receiving students to work hard taking into consideration that the award they received is just the beginning of their future carrier.

Mr. Gidei Sequar, representative of NUEYS in the region, indicated that the “Tamfeda” award is given to outstanding grade 11 students in the region, and that the objective is to encourage students to work hard.

Mr. Mohammed-Ali Ibrahim, head of Education Ministry in the region, on his part explained that the success of students is the result of the collective efforts on the part of students, teachers and parents, and called on the award receiving students to become examples to the other students.
