The pictorial exhibition displayed by Eritrean community members in connection of the 40th Anniversary of Bologna Festival received wide acclamation by visitors.

Asmara, 06 July 2014- The pictorial exhibition displayed by Eritrean community members in connection of the 40th Anniversary of Bologna Festival received wide acclamation by visitors.

Mr. Mehari Yemane and Ms. Belainesh Keleta who came from the UK and Sweden respectively said that the exhibitions depict the stand and role of the Eritrean people in the Diaspora alongside the Eritrean People’s Liberation Front for the success of national struggle, and that it conveys a big message to the youth.

Mr. Teklu Yosief and Ms. Rihab Beshir who came from Germany and Sweden respectively explained that all the exhibitions displayed by the different Eritrean communities tell their history, and that they have been impressed in particular to see photos of Eritrean martyrs that joined the revolution from Germany.

Ms. Abrehet Bokru, resident in the UK, who has been member of the EPLF clandestine group from 1970s indicated that the Bologna Festival had served as a platform in which Eritreans in Diaspora, especially women, demonstrated unity and strengthened attachment with their vanguard organization, the EPLF, and that the youth shout take advantage of this opportunity to learn the history of their country.
