425 students graduate with B.A and Diploma from Halhale College of Business and Economics

A total of 425 students, 40% of them are females, graduated yesterday with B.A and Diploma from Halhale College of Business and Economics.

Dubarwa, 07 July 2014 –A total of 425 students, 40% of them are females, graduated yesterday with B.A and Diploma from Halhale College of Business and Economics. The field of education they received comprises Accounting, Management, Finance, Marketing, Public Administration, Banking, Tourism and Hotel Management.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Mr. Estifanos Habte, Minister of Trade and Industry, noted the vitality of Education vis-à-vis development, and said that the Government continues to exert commendable endeavors as regards promoting free educational opportunity to citizens. He also called on the graduates to play active in national development programs.

Likewise, Dr. Estifanos Hailemariam, Dean of the College, indicated that the free education service being rendered to nationals attests to the soundness and development strategy of the Eritrean government geared to promoting social justice.

He further pointed out that the College is engaged in making available the necessary educational facilities in collaboration with stakeholders. It also launched research activities.

The graduates voiced readiness to enhance role in State affairs.
