Veteran fighter Girmai Tesfatsion passes away

Veteran fighter Girmai Tesfatsion( Brien), Judge in the High Court,  who has been undergoing  medical treatment inside the country and abroad passed way yesterday at Air Force Hospital at the age of 66.

Asmara, 07 July 2014 – Veteran fighter Girmai Tesfatsion( Brien), Judge in the High Court,  who has been undergoing  medical treatment inside the country and abroad passed way yesterday at Air Force Hospital at the age of 66.

The late Girmai joined the popular liberation forces in October 1973 and served the nation and people with commitment in various capacities.

The late veteran fighter is married and father of 6 children.

Funeral service of the late Girmai Tesfatsion would be conducted tomorrow at 12:00 PM at the Asmara Patriots Cemetery.

In this connection, the Ministry of Justice conveys messages of condolences to the family members and his companions.
