The residents of Areza semi-urban centre are exerting stepped-up effort in a bid to meet the growing potable water supply demand on the basis of constructing new dirt road linking the semi-urban center with Ruba-Biet area endowed with reliable water resource.

Areza, 15 July 2014 – The residents of Areza semi-urban centre are exerting stepped-up effort in a bid to meet the growing potable water supply demand on the basis of constructing new dirt road linking the semi-urban center with Ruba-Biet area endowed with reliable water resource.

Ms. Miliete Tsegai, Administrator of the semi-urban center, pointed out that a study has been conducted concerning the water resource spot. She also indicated that track owners in Areza are rendering free service towards facilitating the process, and that the residents, in collaboration with members of the People’s Army, are digging water holes on daily basis.

The Administrator further explained that the water project would meet potable water supply on the basis of distributing 5-km.-long pipelines.
