Nationals in Tsetserat Rehabilitation Centre highly appraise benefit of education service

Nationals who have been rehabilitated in Tsetserat Rehabilitation Centre said that the academic and vocational courses they attended guarantee significance of the educational service in their future life. They made the remark at a closing ceremony in connection with the conclusion of the program for 2013/14 academic and vocational training at the Centre.

Asmara, 22 July 2014 – Nationals who have been rehabilitated in Tsetserat Rehabilitation Centre said that the academic and vocational courses they attended guarantee significance of the educational service in their future life. They made the remark at a closing ceremony in connection with the conclusion of the program for 2013/14 academic and vocational training at the Centre.

Speaking on the occasion, Maj. Semere Tekle, Commander of the Centre, congratulated the rehabilitated nationals and the instructors. He also explained that the mission of the Centre is to nurture productive citizens there on the basis of raising their capacity.

Likewise, Mr. Isaias Baire, school director at the Centre, pointed out that the government is exerting commendable effort with a view to equipping the nationals with the necessary knowledge and skill knowhow. He further indicated that the centre is providing basic computer application, as well as Arabic and Italian languages courses, among others.

In the same vein, Capt. Paulos Mengistu, head of educational service at the Eritrean Rehabilitation Centre, called on the nationals to develop self-confidence and translating the knowledge they have acquired into practice.
