Reports indicated that a total of 15 female members of the Bidho Association, nationals living with HIV/AIDs have received a 6-month training course on weaving in Segeneiti sub-zone.
Segeneiti, 24 July 2014 – Reports indicated that a total of 15 female members of the Bidho Association, nationals living with HIV/AIDs have received a 6-month training course on weaving in Segeneiti sub-zone.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Mr. Daniel Asfaha, head of the Association in the Southern region, stated that it is exerting commendable effort in collaboration with stakeholders with a view to equipping members with skill knowhow, and thereby enable them to lead improved lifestyle. He further asserted readiness to sustain collaboration with the trainees as regards raising their capacity.
Mr. Gebrehiwet Girmai, Chairman of the Bidho National Association, on his part expressed appreciation for those who made significant input in organizing the training, and called on the trainees to develop the career through experience.
According to the region’s branch office, a total of 100 members of the Association have become beneficiaries of such training organized in the sub-zones of Segeneiti, Adi-Keih, Dubarwa, Dekemhare, Adi-Quala and Medefera.
