Asmara, 9 August 2014 – The National Confederation of Eritrean Workers (NCEW) conducted workshop from the 4th to the 8th of this month with a view to promoting circular discussion in collaboration with stakeholders from Africa and China respectively.
In closing remarks, Mr. Tekeste Baire, Secretary General of the Confederation, pointed out that the training constitutes the first of its type, and that it would have significant impact as regards inspiring employee awareness and relations among the participating countries.
Mr. Emanuel Nzunda, Chairman of the African Union of Professional Associations, on his part said that the training was aimed at promoting the awareness of employees and fostering working environment communication. He further encouraged the participants to share the knowledge they have acquired with co-workers.
The participants of the training exchanged views regarding a number of issues.
