Asmara, 26 August 2014– Reports indicated that the exhibition of books at National Festival made vital contribution in promoting the habit of reading. In view of this, it was recommended that more efforts need to be taken to this end.

Visitors to the the Festival, among whom Mr. Tesfaldet Gebrehiwot and Mr. Haile Zewengiel, both teachers, stressed the vital significance of parents to encourage their children practice the reading habit, and thereby contribute to the promotion of reading among the general public.
