Conference held in Berikh Sub-zone, Central region, on strengthening sports activities

A conference was held at the Hall of the Central region Administration with a view to strengthening sports activities in Berikh Sub-zone in which local inhabitants and owners of business centers participated.

Asmara, 26 August 2014 – A conference was held at the Hall of the Central region Administration with a view to strengthening sports activities in Berikh Sub-zone in which local inhabitants and owners of business centers participated.

The Administrator of the Sub-zone, Ms. Leul Asrat, pointed out at the conference that higher popular awareness is vital in ensuring public and community basis for the development of sport in the country.

The participant of the conference donated about 200 thousand Nakfa in support of sports development in the Sub-zone.
