NUEW members branch in Italy conduct tour of development project in Anseba region

Members of the National Union of Eritrean Women (NUEW) branch in Italy have conducted tour of development projects, historic and ancient sites in Anseba region.

Keren, 28 August 2014 – Members of the National Union of Eritrean Women (NUEW) branch in Italy have conducted tour of development projects, historic and ancient sites in Anseba region.

The members also made a tour of Patriots Cemetery in the region and planted tree seedlings on behalf of their branch Union, in addition to 10 thousand Nakfa they contributed. Moreover, they visited Elabered Agro-Industry, as well as the historic place of Ona. Besides, they extended financial support to the inhabitants of the village.

The branch members expressed satisfaction with the tour, and voiced readiness to step up participation in the implementation of national development programs.
