Administrator of Anseba region conducts tour of development projects

Mr. Ali Mahmud, Administrator of Anseba region, has conducted a tour of  social service facilities being rendered to community members in general and the ongoing development projects being implemented in Amalait, Hamash-Dban and Himbol-Qechech Administrative areas of Kerkebet sub-zone.

Kerkebet, 04 September 2014 – Mr. Ali Mahmud, Administrator of Anseba region, has conducted a tour of  social service facilities being rendered to community members in general and the ongoing development projects being implemented in Amalait, Hamash-Dban and Himbol-Qechech Administrative areas of Kerkebet sub-zone.

In the course of the tour, the Administrator held meetings with heads of health institutions, local Administrators and community representatives.

Mr. Ali underlined the need to exert more endeavors towards promoting social service facilities in remote areas, and called on the local inhabitants to step up participation towards the realization of food security on the basis of higher organization.
The regional Administration would provide the necessary facilities in Hamash-Dban health station and transportation service of Hibol-Qechech administrative area in collaboration with the pertinent bodies, he added.

The representatives of the community on their part expressed satisfaction with the social service facilities being rendered and exchanged views on a number of issues.
