NUEW to conduct symposium in connection with forthcoming 7th Congress

Ms. Tsega Gayim, Chairperson of the Preparatory Coordinating Committee of the Symposium, indicated that the Symposium would highlight the role and achievements of Eritrean women in the struggle for independence and the national-building process.

Asmara, 05 September 2014 – Ms. Tsega Gayim, Chairperson of the Preparatory Coordinating Committee of the Symposium, indicated that the Symposium would highlight the role and achievements of Eritrean women in the struggle for independence and the national-building process.

She went on to explain that the Symposium would take place within the context of the 7th NUEW Congress in which international association and stakeholders would also take part.

Ms. Tsega stated that preparations for the Symposium are nearing finalization.
