Eritrean community members in Yemen assert readiness to enhance role in State affairs

The Eritrean community members in Yemen have asserted readiness to enhance role in the implementation of national development undertakings on the basis of higher organization.

Asmara, 08 September 2014 – The Eritrean community members in Yemen have asserted readiness to enhance role in the implementation of national development undertakings on the basis of higher organization. They made the pledge at a public meeting conducted in Sana’a city.

The community members further expressed appreciation for national development programs being implemented by the people and government. Moreover, they reiterated readiness to step up participation in the nation-building process.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Mohammed Sheik Abdul- Jelil, the Eritrean Ambassador to Yemen, gave briefings focusing on the objective situation in the Homeland, and also indicated that the Eritrean people and their leadership are exerting persistent effort towards putting in place the necessary social service facilities on the basis of strengthening the nation-building process.
