Book on keeping the safety of milk launches

A new book on safety of milk written by Dr. Gebrehiwet Teame launched on 26 September.

Asmara, 28 September 2014- A new book on safety of milk written by Dr. Gebrehiwet Teame launched on 26 September.

The book titled “Practical Way of Keeping the Safety of Milk” deals with modern way of dairy farming, ways of keeping milk, animal fodder, preserving milk and other issues regarding dairy farming.

At the occasion, Mr. Kahsai Negash, expert in animal science, gave extensive briefing on dairy farming history in Eritrea, and that strong efforts are being conducted to encourage dairy farmers to introduce modern equipment and increase their knowledge on modern ways of dairy farming.
