The inhabitants of Geza-Dinkur Administrative area in Areza sub-zone have become beneficiaries of potable water supply put in place by the Government and stakeholders.
Areza, 08 October 2014 – The inhabitants of Geza-Dinkur Administrative area in Areza sub-zone have become beneficiaries of potable water supply put in place by the Government and stakeholders.
The inhabitants indicated that they have been taking part in installation of 1-km-long pipelines that links their village with the source of water, and that over 8 thousand inhabitants of the area became beneficiaries of the facility as of last May.
Mr. Siraj Mohammed, Administrator of the Administrative area, pointed out that the water project through solar energy comprises a reservoir of 80 barrels and two water distribution stations.
Geza-Dinkur Administrative area is located some 50-km south of Areza semi-urban centre and comprise a total of 11 villages.
