Keren, 15 October 2014 – The PFDJ Secretary in Anseba region, Ms. Amete Niguse, stressed the need to nurture conscious and versatile youths. She made the remarks at a seminar with residents of Keren town, during which the Secretary explained that the Government is exerting persistent endeavors with a view to improving community livelihood.
In this regard, Ms. Amete noted the significance of active youth role in the nation-building process through equipping them with the necessary knowledge and knowhow. The substantial investment being made in higher educational institutions and vocational training centers attest to this end, the PFDJ regional Secretary elaborated.
Likewise, Mr. Ali Mahmud, the regional Administrator, pointed out that the Government is making the required investment towards promoting the reinforcement of educational facilities which the youths should fully harness.
