Hagaz sub-zone: youths called upon to enhance role towards realization of national development goals

Youths in Hagaz sub-zone have been called upon to enhance role towards the realization of national development goals.

Hagaz, 20 October 2014- Youths in Hagaz sub-zone have been called upon to enhance role towards the realization of national development goals. The call was made at a seminar conducted to youths and civil servants focusing on health issues.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Azazi Bereketab, head of the NUEYS branch in Anseba region, called on the participants to raise awareness as regards communicable and non-communicable diseases, and thereby step up participation in the development endeavors.

In the same vein, Mr. Gebremeskel Gebrehiwet, head of the Health Ministry’s branch in the sub-zone, and Sub-Lieutenant Kifleyesus Isak, commander of Hagaz Police station, stressed the need for strengthening awareness raising activities on the part of youths as regards health issues.
