Health personnel in Keren stress need for higher youths awareness in combating communicable diseases and HIV/AIDS
Health personnel in Keren city have stressed the need to raise youth awareness in combating the instances of communicable diseases in general and that of HIV/AIDS in particular. They also stated that endeavors exerted to combat HIV infection have borne satisfactory outcome.
Keren, 21 October 2014 – Health personnel in Keren city have stressed the need to raise youth awareness in combating the instances of communicable diseases in general and that of HIV/AIDS in particular. They also stated that endeavors exerted to combat HIV infection have borne satisfactory outcome.
Dr. Samuel Tesfaleul from Keren Hospital noted the growing awareness of youths regarding the disease thanks to the promotional activities undertaken to this end.
Mr. Abdu Omar and Ms. Mitslal Girai, members of the Bidho Association grouping nationals living with HIV/AIDS, called on communities to provide the necessary support to national infected with the Virus.
