Female Cyclists from central region Cycling Federation secure sports equipments in donation

Female cyclists from the Central region Cycling Federation have secured sports equipments worth about 90 thousand Nakfa in donation from Mr. Kibrom Mengistu, national residing in Las Vegas city.

Asmara, 28 October 2014 –Female cyclists from the Central region Cycling Federation have secured sports equipments worth about 90 thousand Nakfa in donation from Mr. Kibrom Mengistu, national residing in Las Vegas city.

Mr. Miriam Habtai, in charge of follow-up of female cyclists in the region’s Cycling Federation, said that the support is a continuation of similar initiatives taken by institutions and individuals as regards strengthening community-based sports. She further noted the significance of the donated items towards raising the competence of the cyclists.
