EDF members in Mai-Aini sub-zone extend labour support to needy citizens and families of fallen heroes

Members of the Eritrean Defense Force in Mai-Aini sub-zone have extended labour support to needy citizens and families of fallen heroes in their agricultural activities.

Asmara, 29 October 2014 – Members of the Eritrean Defense Force in Mai-Aini sub-zone have extended labour support to needy citizens and families of fallen heroes in their agricultural activities.

The members stated that such support is aimed at collecting timely crop harvesting of the beneficiaries, and also attests to the active role of the EDF members in development endeavors.

The beneficiary families said that different types of support have been extended to them by fellow citizens and the Government.

Mr. Mengisteab Zemichael, head of economic development in the sub-zone, called on other villages in the locality to emulate the gesture.
