Gogne sub-zone: Needy families rehabilitated with livestock

As part of the initiatives being taken to support needy citizens and families of fallen heroes, a total of 4 needy families have been rehabilitated in Gogne sub-zone with 17 goats each.

Gogne, 31 October 2014 – As part of the initiatives being taken to support needy citizens and families of fallen heroes, a total of 4 needy families have been rehabilitated in Gogne sub-zone with 17 goats each.

Mr. Girmai Gebretinsae, head of the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare’s branch in the sub-zone, stated that the Ministry is extending the necessary support to such citizens and that a number of families have become beneficiaries of the scheme.

The beneficiary families expressed satisfaction with the support and voiced readiness to strive to improve their livelihood taking the support as a steppingstone.
