Preserving unity and societal harmony imperative for Eritrean people

Mr. Yohannes Woldu, Charge de’ Affairs of the Eritrean Embassy in Germany, said that preserving unity and societal harmony on the part of the Eritrean people is imperative. He made the remarks at the annual meeting of the PFDJ branch in that country.

Asmara, 31 October 2014 – Mr. Yohannes Woldu, Charge de’ Affairs of the Eritrean Embassy in Germany, said that preserving unity and societal harmony on the part of the Eritrean people is imperative. He made the remarks at the annual meeting of the PFDJ branch in that country. Mr. Yohaness pointed out that thanks to this year’s promising rainfall, Eritrea is expecting bumper harvest. He also gave briefings focusing on the achievements registered on the diplomatic front vis-à-vis the nation’s future plans.

Mr. Kahsai Tewolde, in charge of public and communal affairs in the the Embassy, on his part presented a report regarding the annual work accomplishments, and stressed that  the PFDJ branch members  should demonstrate exemplary participation, awareness and organizational capacity vis-à-vis  current national priorities.

The PFDJ branch members indicated that the organization began with 60 members that have presently reached 800. They further called on nationals in general and members of the Front in particular to reinforce organizational capacity.
