Inhabitants of Kerkebet sub-zone express satisfaction with social service facilities

The inhabitants of Kerkebet sub-zone stated that the available social service facilities in the locality have enabled them to lead improved livelihood.

Asmara, 01 November 2014 – The inhabitants of Kerkebet sub-zone stated that the available social service facilities in the locality have enabled them to lead improved livelihood. They made the remark during an inspection tour of branch heads in the region headed by the regional Administrator, Mr. Ali Mahmud, and the PFDJ Secretary, during which the inhabitants commended the initiative taken to assess the prevailing situation in the area. They also called for additional social service facilities.

At a meeting he conducted during the tour of inspection to Amalait, Hamashdba and Himbol-Qechech, the regional Administrator called on the inhabitants to step up participation in development programs on the basis of resorting to community-based living style.
