NUEW branch in Norway marks 35th anniversary

The NUEW branch in Norway has marked its 35th anniversary under the theme “Justice is our motto and Equality our goal’’.

Asmara, 05 November 2014 – The NUEW branch in Norway has marked its 35th anniversary under the theme “Justice is our motto and Equality our goal’’.

Briefings were given regarding the NUEW’s mission, accomplishments and objective during the ceremony in Oslo city, according to reports.

Ms. Milete Tewoldebirhan, head of the branch office, stated that donation and auction activities featured on the occasion so as to realize the project to be undertaken in Haikota, and expressed appreciation for those who demonstrated cooperation in this regard.

Meanwhile, similar activities are scheduled to take place in Stavanger and Trondheim branches of the Union on 22 November, as well as in Bergen and Kristiansen on 29 November respectively.
