Elabered sub-zone: 50 youths receive vocational training

As part of the endeavors being made to nurture competent youths, a total of 50 youngsters have received vocational and social science training courses.

Elabered, 22 November 2014 – As part of the endeavors being made to nurture competent youths, a total of 50 youngsters have received vocational and social science training courses.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony in Eden town, Mr. Azazi Bereketeab, head of the NUEYS branch in Anseba region, noted the significant   role youths play in the nation-building process, and that the substantial investment being made on them attests to this.

Heads of line ministries in the sub-zone on their part stressed the need for taking concerted action on the part of communities and government bodies to nurture virtuous youths. They further called on parents to exert the necessary effort in this regard, and for the youth to demonstrate active participation in State affairs.
