Eritrean cyclist Meron Debesai wins 6th stage of tour de Rwanda

Eritrean cyclist Meron Debesai, member of German team ‘Bick Rayed-Rayed” yesterday won the 6th stage of Tour de Rwanda stretching from Huye to Kigali, a distance of 125.7 kilometers finishing the distance with 3 hours 14 minutes and 6 seconds.

Asmara, 23 November 2014- Eritrean cyclist Meron Debesai, member of German team ‘Bick Rayed-Rayed” yesterday won the 6th stage of Tour de Rwanda stretching from Huye to Kigali, a distance of 125.7 kilometers finishing the distance with 3 hours 14 minutes and 6 seconds.

In the course of the competition, fellow Eritrean Dawit Haile stood second by finishing 2 seconds after Meron.

Likewise Eritrean cyclists Solomon Habte, Milion Amanuel, and Aron Debretsion stood 11th, 13th and 14th respectively.
