The Ministry of Health is currently distributing Vitamin A immunization across nation. The undertaking would be provided to children aged 5 month to 5 years in different health stations, schools and kindergartens.

Asmara, 26 November 2014 – The Ministry of Health is currently distributing Vitamin A immunization across nation. The undertaking would be provided to children aged 5 month to 5 years in different health stations, schools and kindergartens.

Sister Dehab Solomon from the Health Ministry’s branch in the Central region noted the significance of Vitamin A in reducing child mortality rate, as well as measles and diarrhea.

The scheme would continue up to the 30th of November, according to the Ministry’s branch office.
