Ambassador Fisehatsion presents credentials to FAO Director General

The Eritrean Ambassador to Italy, Mr. Fisehatsion Petros, has presented his credentials to the Director General of the UN   Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Mr. Jose Graziano da Silva, as Eritrea’s Permanent Representative.

Asmara, 27 November 2014 – The Eritrean Ambassador to Italy, Mr. Fisehatsion Petros, has presented his credentials to the Director General of the UN   Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Mr. Jose Graziano da Silva, as Eritrea’s Permanent Representative.

Conveying the Eritrean government’s message of goodwill, Ambassador Petros, called on the UN agency to enhance cooperation with Eritrea in efforts to realize its food security programs.

Commending Eritrea’s development endeavors, the FAO head voiced the organization’s readiness to demonstrate the necessary collaboration with the nation’s efforts towards attaining food security.
