Eritrean cyclist Mekseb Debesai accorded special honor upon scoring the highest mark in Africa

Eritrean cyclist Mekseb Debesai, member of the German Bike Aid Club, has been accorded a special honor from UCI upon scoring the highest mark in the competitions conducted in Africa this year.

Asmara, 29 November 2014 – Eritrean cyclist Mekseb Debesai, member of the German Bike Aid Club, has been accorded a special honor from UCI upon scoring the highest mark in the competitions conducted in Africa this year.

He secured the accord for scoring a total of 241 points in the consecutive rounds of the race, according to the UCI website. It is also known that Moroccan cyclist Lahsani Mwasai ranked second with 219 points and Algerian cyclist Azedin Laeqab scored third   rank with 192 points.
