Community set up by Eritrean and Austrian nationals presents bazaar show at 46th International Festival of UN Women’s Guild

Community set up by Eritrean and Austrian nationals, in collaboration with the Eritrean Embassy in Germany, has presented a bazaar show at the UN Women’s Guild   46th International Festival held in Vienna city, Austria, highlighting Eritrean cultural values.

Asmara, 02 December 2014 – Community set up by Eritrean and Austrian nationals, in collaboration with the Eritrean Embassy in Germany, has presented a bazaar show at the UN Women’s Guild   46th International Festival held in Vienna city, Austria, highlighting Eritrean cultural values.

The exhibition depicted Eritrean culture and values, in addition to food, dressing style, ancient buildings and traditional coffee ceremony, among others. Reports indicated that the show was visited by some 20 thousand individuals.

A pictorial presentation by Mr. Alfred Mansfield, Chairman of the Community, and Mr. Peter Jäger , Secretary, both of whom visited Eritrea last October, was staged depicting the photos they took from the cities of Asmara, Massawa, Keren, Barentu and Hamelmalo semi-urban centre.
