ENWVA branch in Sweden voices readiness to enhance role towards patronizing and rehabilitating members
The Eritrean National War-disabled Veterans Association (ENWVA) branch in Sweden has asserted readiness to enhance role towards patronizing and rehabilitating members.
Asmara, 03 December 2014 – The Eritrean National War-disabled Veterans Association (ENWVA) branch in Sweden has asserted readiness to enhance role towards patronizing and rehabilitating members. It made the pledge in connection with International Day of the Disabled observances in Stockholm and the marking of the 20th founding anniversary of the branch.
Mr. Tekeste Fisehaye, head of the branch office, explained that the Association’s branch has been exerting significant effort with a view to improving the livelihood of members in collaboration with partners over the past 20 years. In this connection, he cited equipping them with the necessary office and transport facilities, as well as establishing an Eye Glass Plant in the Homeland, among others. He further explained that there exists a plan to furnish the health service facility for the Disabled at the Denden Camp.
Mr. Yonas Manna, Charge d’Affaires of the Eritrean Embassy in the Scandinavian countries, commended the imitative of the ENWVA branch office.
