NUEYS’ pertinent activities in schools described prerequisite to effective teaching-learning process: Report
Mr. Osman Abdel-Kadir, head of the National Union of Eritrean Youths and Students (NUEYS) branch in the Sothern Red Sea region, said that pertinent activities by the Union in schools are a prerequisite towards reinforcing the teaching-learning process.
Central Denkalia, 08 December 2014 – Mr. Osman Abdel-Kadir, head of the National Union of Eritrean Youths and Students (NUEYS) branch in the Sothern Red Sea region, said that pertinent activities by the Union in schools are a prerequisite towards reinforcing the teaching-learning process. To this end, students should demonstrate active participation, he added.
Mr. Osman made the remarks at a meeting with Afambo Junior and Secondary School students, during which he explained that the objective of the Union is to nurture youths with higher awareness and the required knowledge. In this regard, the NUEYS is exerting stepped-up efforts towards nurturing societal and PFDJ values to the young generation.
He also pointed out that festivals organized in schools jointly by the Ministry of Education and the Union have vital significance in enhancing their all-round creativity and competence.
