Defence Ministry graduates 80 members with Associate Nurse

The Defence Ministry has graduated a total of 80 members with Associate Nurse from Gilas Military Hospital School.

Hagaz, 29 December 2014 – The Defence Ministry has graduated a total of 80 members with Associate Nurse from Gilas Military Hospital School.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony in which senior commanders and parents took part, Capt. Gebreberhan Habtegergis, Director of the School, pointed out that it is graduating for the first time and the batch were members of the 25th round National Service who are serving as barefoot doctors in military hospitals.

He also expressed appreciation for those who made commendable input in organizing the course, and expressed conviction that they would made due contribution in the development of the program.

The head of health service in the Defence Ministry’s health section, Col. Yemane Tsegai, called on the graduating batch to live up to expectation.

Those who demonstrated excellence in the training received awards, the report added.
