Health Ministry’s branch in Sothern Red Sea region organizes skill upgrading training

The branch office of the Health Ministry in the Southern Red Sea region has organized skill upgrading training with a view to raising the capacity of its members regarding prevention of communicable diseases.

Assab, 05 January 2015 – The branch office of the Health Ministry in the Southern Red Sea region has organized skill upgrading training with a view to raising the capacity of its members regarding prevention of communicable diseases. The trainees are from all health institutions of the region, and that the training as aims at identifying infectious diseases, and thereby take the necessary preventive measures.

Mr. Asefaw Gebremichael, head of the branch office, expressed conviction that the trainees would live up to expectations through translating the knowledge they have acquired into practice.

The participants of the training noted the significance of the course in their day-to-day activities and expressed readiness to exert endeavors in combating the instances of such diseases on the basis of raising public awareness.
