The head of the National Union of Eritrean Youths and Students branch in the Northern Red Sea region, Mr. Idris Osman, has called for joint efforts towards enhancing the role of youths in the nation-building process through keeping intact national values.
Massawa, 07 January 2015 – The head of the National Union of Eritrean Youths and Students branch in the Northern Red Sea region, Mr. Idris Osman, has called for joint efforts towards enhancing the role of youths in the nation-building process through keeping intact national values. He made the call at a meeting with students of Semhar and St. Joseph secondary schools in the port city of Massawa.
Mr. Idris also pointed out that priority attention is being given towards equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skill. To this end, satisfactory outcome is being registered, he added.
The head of the branch office further stressed the need for exerting vigorous efforts as regards youth issues on the part of the community, Government and the PFDJ.
The participants commended the endeavors made in properly nurturing them, and expressed readiness to step up participation in the implementation of development programs.
