Encouraging outcome being registered towards providing effective legal service in Hagaz sub-zone

Mr. Mohammedker Omar, head of court in Hagaz sub-zone, indicated that encouraging outcome is being registered in endeavors to provide effective legal service for the public.

Hagaz, 09 January 2014 – Mr. Mohammedker Omar, head of court in Hagaz sub-zone, indicated that encouraging outcome is being registered in endeavors to provide effective legal service for the public.

He told Erina that there exist 7 community courts in 16 Administrative areas and one court that are rendering service. Mr. Mohammedker also explained that thanks to the enhanced community awareness as regards legal and civil law, public legal cases have been settled peacefully and that cases addressed to the court are witnessing visible decline.

He further pointed out that the sub-zonal court also provides service to some parts of Kerkeber sub-zone, and called on the inhabitants to resort to peaceful settlement of legal cases, and thereby uphold the nation’s cultural values.
