Gash-Barka region: Extensive political and organizational activities undertaken in 2014

Mr. Rezene Adonai, PFDJ Secretary in Gash-Barka regon, stated that extensive political and organizational activities were undertaken last year.

Barentu, 21 January 2015 – Mr. Rezene Adonai, PFDJ Secretary in Gash-Barka regon, stated that extensive political and organizational activities were undertaken last year. He made the remarks at an assessment meeting of the branch office, during which a number of promotional activities and seminars were organized for the inhabitants of the region with a view to raising political awareness.

Mr. Rezene said that major development and infrastructure programs were implemented in all the sub-zones involving the participation of over 190 thousand manpower. Moreover, bumper harvest was obtained thanks to last year’s promising rains, he added.

The meeting witnessed the presentation of report accomplishments by heads of political and organizational affairs of the regional PFDJ.
