Sudanese youths who participated in the Youth Week of Gash-Barka and Kassala regions in Barentu city have expressed impression with the outcome of the event.
Barentu, 22 January 2015 – Sudanese youths who participated in the Youth Week of Gash-Barka and Kassala regions in Barentu city have expressed impression with the outcome of the event.
They voiced such impression during the sending off ceremony in Arbata’asher. The group told Erina that the Week portrayed the similarity among Eritrean and Sudanese people, and that they have acquainted themselves with the exemplary culture of work and cooperation of the Eritrea people.
Mr. Abdel-Kerim Dawoud, Secretary of the National Congress of the Youth Party’s branch in Kassala region, lauded the cultural performances staged by Gash-Barka youths highlighting heavy sacrifices paid for liberation and safeguarding the nation’s dignity and that stressed the need for ensuring the continuity of the Youth Week program.
The Sudanese youths also voiced appreciation for the warm hospitality accorded them by the inhabitants of Gash-Barka region.
