Extending support to needy women described prerequisite towards improving livelihood

Needy women in Haikota sub-zone who have been receiving support noted the vitality of support being extended to them to improve their livelihood and called for its continuity.

Haikota, 02 February 2015 – Needy women in Haikota sub-zone who have been receiving support noted the vitality of support being extended to them to improve their livelihood and called for its continuity.

The beneficiaries stated that the Government has been providing credit and organizing rehabilitation programs in collaboration with governmental institutions and national organizations.

Mr. Yohannes Gebrai, dairy production expert in Haikota sub-zone, pointed out that in continuation of the support extended to 25 similar families; currently a total of 30 beneficiaries have received 5 goats each.
